We think that we know each other but you didn’t know about it yet, because you didn’t’ think about the constructor of buildings which you often pass by car or you live or work next to. If you look at our completed projects, you can find a lot of interesting projects developed by our company. Many of these projects you saw in Moscow or in other Russian cities.

Production and Engineering Company Rekonstruktsiya CJSC working on the construction market since 1995. The company is a part of the large construction holding called Rekonstructsiya Group of Companies that working since 1989.

Production and Engineering Company Rekostruktsiya CJSC offers these services:

• Reconstruction and Renovation of buildings

The company has a Quality management system certificate ISO 9001:2000.

Over the years of our experience we constructed and designed more than one million square meters of real estate. Now we have a unique experience in construction projects development in such sphere as bank, office, administration, production, production and warehouse buildings, entertainment center, retail premises, car service center, churches, monasteries and others. In addition our company has an experience in reconstruction and renovation of architectural monuments and cultural and historical buildings.

Due to our clearly and open politics within the company we have friendship relationship with many of our subcontractors, suppliers, partners and of course clients. We highly appreciate their attitude towards us.

Rekonstuktsiya has more than 700 employees with high professional qualifications who full fill different works on all construction stage from receiving of town planning documentation to commissioning.

In 2008 in spite of economical crises the revenue of Production and Engineering company Rekonstruktsiya increased by 65%. According to the first quarter subtotal the growth on 40% continued in 2009.

In June 2009 we finished 2009-2019 corporate strategy. According to this strategy we plan to strengthen the company position on the market and widen the scope of our services. According to the confirmed plan in 2009 we plan to transform our financial statements to IFRS. It will allow revaluing of assets at market prices. Today the preliminary estimation of company’s capitalization is more than 1.2 billion rubles.

Besides company’s capitalization growth and business clearance transformation to IFRS will allow us to open the new stage in relationships with foreign clients and partners.
Nowadays we invest a lot in our machinery fleet development and in labor development because of changing the company management system to 1C 8.0 and implementation of MS Project in project management system. We consider that these innovations will allow laboring productivity increase, costs decrease and the quality of project development growing.
